| I saw a good review of this company on the net,I called and spoke with Keith,I outlined what I needed (I'm very active at 61 yrs of age..whitewater kayaking,hiking,and camping etc.)He listened and recommended Silhouette and told me to visit their site for a more complete listing of the styles available.This was very good advice,I decided to use the polycarbonate lenses for better protection.I asked about using glass lenses like I had in my ray bans,Keith told me that this wasn't safe and also heavy for my intended uses.I bought the Silhouette frame and I couldn't be happier!
I checked online,after purchase and decided to see if the website that told me about the low price was correct,I saved $230.00 over another well known site for the same glasses and the extras I had ordered,so,this is one happy customer. I have been a customer service rep in triage the emergency room,and I know good service when I see it.Thank you Fritz family !P.S. I noticed when I reviewed this that some of my star ratings did not appear,so,I will write it here....All sections are 5 stars !!! |
