Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order/package has been delivered by the shipping carrier, we will not be held responsible for a lost or stolen package. If the carrier has lost the package we will work with you and the carrier to recover the lost package. Please know if a package is lost we have to make sure the package is on the way back to our facility before we can ship the customer another item.
