Return Policies - Prescription Eyewear
Frame Warranty
All frames are warranted for one year against manufacture defects.
A manufacture defect does not include mishandling or abuse.
Lens Guarantee
All prescription lenses are guaranteed to be manufactured according to the prescription
and order received by Simply Eyeglasses. All eyeglasses are inspected several times during
the manufacturing process for accuracy of the prescription and cosmetic appearance. If you're
not 100% satisfied with your prescription lenses you can return the lenses for a full refund
of the cost of lenses.

In order to receive a full refund the lenses must be removed from the frame and shipped back
to us within seven days, in which case you will receive a full refund for the cost of the lenses.

Please be sure to contact us within the first seven days of receiving the frame to get the refund.

We strive to make all of our customers happy, we want SimplyEyeglasses.com to be their only
source for all their optical needs.

To receive the 100% guarantee offer the customer must notify us within 7 days of receiving their
order to obtain a RMA number. If you contact us after the first 7 days of receiving the lens we'll
remake the lenses at no cost to you for the same frame but if you want a different frame you will be
charged 50% the cost of the lenses.
Scratch Resistance
All prescription lenses will have a scratch resistant coating. This does not imply that
the lenses will not scratch or that there is a warranty against scratching. Please use proper
care of your lenses by rinsing them off, washing with a cleaner or soap and drying with a soft
cloth. The most common way to scratch lenses is by wiping them when they are dry and not storing
them properly when not wearing them.

If you do scratch your lenses within 1 (one) year of your purchase date and would like to replace
the lenses , Simply Eyeglasses will replace the lenses one (1) time at 50% off the current lens
cost plus shipping. You must contact: service@simplyeyeglasses.com for a return authorization number.
Prescription Change
If your prescription should need to be changed within 30 (thirty) days of your purchase date,
Simply Eyeglasses will replace your lenses one time at no charge for the same frame. All shipping fees will apply.
Before returning an item for a return please obtain a RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization )

by emailing us at service@simplyeyeglasses.com.

If you contact us after the first 7 days of receiving the lens we'll remake the lenses at no cost to you
for the same frame but if you want a different frame you will be charged 50% the cost of the lenses of the lenses.
Customer Satisfaction
Your eyeglass lenses were custom made for your prescription in the frame that you chose. In the event that you are not satisfied with your frame or lens selection, Simply Eyeglasses will remake your prescription lenses or give you a full refund for the prescription lense as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 (seven) days but within 30 (thirty) days of receiving your order we will remake your prescription lenses at no cost to you for the same frame if you're having any issues with your prescription lenses like headaches or blurred vision. Any additional lens options added would be at their regular cost. In the event that you're changes frames and the frame is a different cost, the difference will be charged or credited and you will be charged an additional 50% of the cost of the lenses. The original pair must be returned in the same condition as received, including all packaging. Shipping fees may apply and are not refunded. You must contact us at service@simplyeyeglasses.com

We are happy to accept Exchanges/Returns but they are subject to a $10 fee per frame to cover shipping charges to and from the manufacturer. We apologize for having to charge this fee but it is necessary to keep our overhead low so we can provide our customers with the lowest prices. Other websites charge 15%-20% plus shipping for returns and exchanges. Also, Shipping fees are not refundable. If you receive FREE SHIPPING you will be charged $5.99 in addition to the $10 return fee.

However, if you're order/product is wrong, damagaed, or defective you must contact us within 2 (two) days of receipt of product. If you contact us after the 2 (two) days the product will be covered by the manufacturer warranty against defects. Please note, that the manufacturer must determine the product to be a manufacturer defect before they will exchange the product. We do inspect the product before it leaves our facility but upon receiving the product please throughly inspect the product.

Exchanges/Returns must be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date. Please note Prescription Lens returns we must be notified within 7 days of your receiving your order.

Damaged, Wrong  or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged box please do not accept from the carrier. If you are not able to refuse delivery of the damaged package please contact Simply Eyeglasses within 2 (two) days of receipt of product at: service@simplyeyeglasses.com for a return authorization number.

If the product is defective or you received the wrong product please contact us with 2 (two) days of receipt of product at: service@simplyeyeglasses.com for a return authorization number for an exchange or refund (refund minus the return fee and shiping charges). If you contact us after the 2 (two) days the product will be covered by the manufacturer warranty against defects. Please note, that the manufacturer must determine the product to be a manufacturer defect before they will exchange the product. We do inspect the product before it leaves our facility but upon receiving the product please throughly inspect the product.

You must return the entire purchase including all packaging with a carrier that provides tracking. You will receive a replacement of the defective or damaged product as soon as we received the defective or damaged product at no charge to you.

If you do not accept a replacement product and prefer a refund you will be charged a $10 return fee and shipping charges to you are not refundable. Please remember FREE SHIPPING is a $5.99 value.

Order Cancellation
Simply Eyeglasses works hard to deliver your new eyeglasses as quickly as possible. In the event that you need to cancel your order, you must contact us before we have place your order with the manufacturer. We order Monday-Friday at 2pm so please contact us by 1pm to avoid a return fee.

Orders received between 2pm on Friday and 12:30pm on Monday need to be cancelled by 1pm on Monday to avoid a return fee. Orders after 2pm Monday-Thursday must be cancelled by 1pm the next business day.

2. Any returned frames without a RMA will be returned to the customer
3. Properly package your return and use a carrier that provides tracking. Simply Eyeglasses
  is not responsible for missing, lost or misplaced returned product.
