We realize many consumers are not totally comfortable with ordering prescription lenses online. Simply Eyeglasses wants to replace reluctance with confidence.

Once you receive your prescription lenses from us, you have 30 days to try them. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your lenses during that time frame, simply contact customer service. We will remake your lenses to your complete satisfaction or offer you a 100% refund.

Simply Eyeglasses does not charge a restocking fee on lenses. At Simply Eyeglasses 100% refund means 100%. In addition, we will gladly remake your lenses for any change made by your physician on your prescription within that same 30 day period. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction.

No sales tax on prescription eyewear of any kind purchased and shipped to any location. This includes prescription sunglasses.

There is no sales tax on non-prescription eyewear or frames outside the state of Florida. Since we are based in Florida, we must collect sales tax on non-prescription sunglasses and frame only orders shipped to Florida locations.

Simply Eyeglasses will price match any current U.S. available frame or sunglasses on reliable U.S. based optical only websites. We do not price match Amazon, EBay, or brick and mortar establishments. We must be able to contact the competitor via phone and verify the authenticity of the product in question. Competitor's pricing must be above our cost. Simply Eyeglasses will also price match prescription lenses. Above rules apply. Not all sites use the same lenses. Simply Eyeglasses reserves the right to apply price match to comparable lenses. Please consider shipping and handling charges when comparing pricing.
