Frame Warranty
All prescription frames are warranted for one year against manufacturers defects. A manufactures defect does not include mishandling or abuse. Customer will be responsible for shipping to and from our facility for a manufacturer warranty claim.
Lens Guarantee
All prescription lenses are guaranteed to be manufactured according to the prescription and order received by Simply Eyeglasses. All eyeglasses are inspected several times during the manufacturing process for accuracy of the prescription and cosmetic appearance. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your prescription lenses you can return the lenses for a full refund of the cost of lenses.
In order to receive a full refund the lenses must be removed from the frame and shipped back to us, in which case you will receive a full refund for the cost of the lenses.
We strive to make all of our customers happy, we want SimplyEyeglasses.com to be their only source for all their optical needs.
Customer has 30 days to assess and return lenses to Simply Eyeglasses for a 100% refund. Customer must contact Simply Eyeglasses for an RMA before attempting to return lenses.
Scratch Resistance
At Simply Eyeglasses, all prescription lenses other than glass come standard with a scratch resistant coating. This does not imply that the lenses will not scratch or there is a warranty against scratching. Please use proper care in cleaning your lenses by rinsing them off under running water. After rinsing you may use a mild liquid dishwashing soap and then dry with a soft cloth. Do not use paper products to dry you lenses. The most common ways to scratch lenses are improper storage and wiping them when they are dry.â€
If you do acquire minor scratches on your lenses within 1 (one) year of your purchase date and would like to replace the lenses, Simply Eyeglasses will replace the lenses one (1) time at 50% off the current lens cost plus shipping. Please know that we will only replace the lenses at 50% off under normal wear and tear. You must contact: info@simplyeyeglasses.com for a return authorization number.
Prescription Change
If your prescription should need to be changed within 30 (thirty) days of your purchase date, Simply Eyeglasses will replace your lenses one time at no charge. All shipping fees will apply. You must contact: info@simplyeyeglasses.com for a return authorization number.
Customer Satisfaction
Your eyeglass lenses were custom made for your prescription in the frame that you chose. In the event that you are not satisfied with your frame or lens selection, Simply Eyeglasses will remake your eyeglasses one time within 30 (thirty) days of receiving your order date at no additional cost. In the event that your replacement frame is a different cost, the difference will be charged or credited. Exchanges/Returns are subject to a $10 fee per frame to cover shipping charges to and from the manufacturer. If your original order included Free Shipping then the $6.99 cost to ship the eyeglasses to you will also be deducted from your refund. We apologize for having to charge these fees but it is necessary to keep our overhead low so we can provide our customers with the lowest prices. Other websites charge 15%-20% plus shipping for returns and exchanges. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Damaged, Wrong or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged box please do not accept from the carrier. If you are not able to refuse delivery of the damaged package please contact Simply Eyeglasses within 2 (two) days of receipt of product at: info@simplyeyeglasses.com for a return authorization number.
If the product is defective or you received the wrong product please contact us with 2 (two) days of receipt of product at: info@simplyeyeglasses.com for a return authorization number. Otherwise, your frame will be covered under the manufacturer warranty against defects.
You must return the entire purchase including all packaging with a carrier that provides tracking. You will receive a replacement of the defective or damaged product as soon as we received the defective or damaged product at no charge to you.
If you do not accept a replacement product and prefer a refund you will be charged a $10 return fee and shipping charges to you are not refundable. Please remember FREE SHIPPING is a $6.99 value.
Order Cancellation
Simply Eyeglasses works hard to deliver your new eyeglasses as quickly as possible. In the event that you need to cancel your order, you must contact us by 2pm est. If your order order is placed after 2pm est, you must contact us before 2pm the following business day to avoid a $10 cancellation fee per frame. This applies for orders Monday thru Friday. Orders placed after 2pm est Friday thru Sunday will not be subject to a cancellation fee if notified by Monday 2pm est.

- Properly package your return and use a carrier that provides tracking. Simply Eyeglasses is not responsible for missing, lost or misplaced returned product.
- Return all items sent to you including packaging and eyeglass case, if applicable.

- Up to $35.99 of your return shipping costs can be reimbursed for defective or incorrect product received for International customers. but we must be notified within 2 days of receiving order. You must send original receipt. DHL CANNOT BE USED AS THE CARRIER. Also, the item must be declared as “Returned Item Without Value”.
- Once an order has been delivered by the shipping carrier, we will not be held responsible for a lost or stolen package.
Policies – Non-Prescription Eyewear

The only warranty on non-prescription products is for a manufacturer’s defect. There is no warranty for breakage or scratching.
